Sunday, November 22, 2015. As many of you know, I have been living with metastatic breast cancer since 2009- 6 and a half years of being in constant treatment, being scanned every 3 months, having 2 courses of radiation. Amazingly I have done very well with the cancer confined to my bones for a long time, although it is now on the move. I have indeed been fortunate. So, hey Joan Lunden. Add me to the list! Celiac in All the Wrong Places. Saturday, 4 June 2011. So, I only spent 1 night on a layover in Beijing. However, I had such a good experience with the restaurant I ate at that I wanted to give them a feature. I admit that when we arrived in China I was a little intimidated with the language barrier and the unfamiliar cuisine. So, being that it was just one night, I decided to stick with a touristy locale.
